Greetings Parents/Guardians,

St. John School Veteran’s Day Observance

As there will be no school next Thursday, November 11, St. John and Endicott Schools we will be honoring veterans on Wednesday, November 10.  *Weather permitting, at 9:00 AM Mr. Ray and the band will perform The Star Spangled Banner, Marches of the Armed Forces and America the Beautiful in front of the school building at the flagpole.  All staff and students will be in attendance and all community members, in particular veterans, are invited to join us either on the sidewalk/lawn, in the parking lot or on the street for the rendition of these patriotic songs in honor of our veterans.  Seating will be available for any veterans in attendance who wish to be seated outside their vehicles.

*In the event of precipitation, the band’s performance of these songs will be available on the school website.  That determination will be made Wednesday, November 10 by 8:00 AM and posted on our website as well as messaged at that time.

Please be aware of the community Veteran’s Day Program at City Hall.  Museum open at 1:00 PM, Program at 2:00 PM.
